We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven Vice President of Corporate Sales to lead our B2B and corporate partnership strategy. This executive role will drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, large-scale membership programs, and corporate wellness initiatives across multiple markets. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building high-performing sales teams, driving predictable revenue, and establishing long-term business relationships that strengthen brand presence and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth & Profitability- Drive predictable, profitable growth through strong sales execution and retention strategies. Own the revenue scoreboard and ensure consistent performance across all markets.
- Leadership & Culture Building- Build and lead a high-performing team with accountability, urgency, and pride. Develop future leaders and maintain top-tier engagement and morale.
- Executive Communication & Cross-Functional Collaboration- Ensure accurate forecasting, clear reporting, and seamless alignment with Finance, Operations, Marketing, and HR. Translate strategy into measurable results.
- Scaling Revenue Through New Markets- Launch and scale new markets efficiently, maintaining speed-to-market and profitability benchmarks while replicating successful playbooks.
- Strategic Partnerships & Key Accounts- Develop and maintain long-term partnerships that expand reach, credibility, and recurring revenue. Drive retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
- Pipeline Forecasting & Performance Analytics- Use data to coach and predict performance in real time. Maintain strong pipeline coverage, conversion ratios, and forecast accuracy.
- Sales Enablement & Training- Equip the sales team with the tools, training, and playbooks needed to hit quota faster and shorten sales cycles.
- Hiring & Talent Development- Recruit and develop top performers who align with company culture and pace. Maintain a strong bench and promote from within.
- Process Development & System Efficiency- Streamline workflows, improve CRM accuracy, and leverage automation to enhance productivity and consistency across all operations.
- Brand Positioning & Messaging Alignment- Ensure brand consistency across all proposals, pitches, and partnerships. Protect the company’s voice and reputation in every interaction.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, corporate partnership development, or enterprise membership programs.
- Proven track record in building large-scale corporate relationships and securing organizational-level agreements.
- Experience leading and developing sales teams with clear accountability and performance standards.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders.
- Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable building process and structure across multiple markets.
- Fitness industry experience required.
